Summary:
The movie tells the story of Chu Liuxiang (played by Guo Pinchao), who was first out of the rivers and lakes, aspires to become a "pirate commander", and accidentally met Mu Qianyu (played by Kang Ning), the new leader of Shenshui Palace, who was dressed as a man. The Dongying Langren Tianfeng 14 Lang coveted the "Tianyi Shenshui" in the Shenshui Palace, and wanted to use it as a powerful weapon to invade the Central Plains.
In the course of many battles, Chu Liuxiang and Mu Qianyu fell into the conspiracy of Tian Feng Shi Lang and became the target of Quan Wulin. The rules of the Shenshui Palace that forbid comradeship with men were given to them. Feelings create insurmountable obstacles.
